As an ACO, Atlas offers high quality health care and other supportive benefits designed to improve the quality of life for high risk and high needs Medicare patients living throughout the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties.
